Longeviti Earns Virginia’s V3 Certification

Longeviti earns additional recognition as a services company committed to the Services.

Sterling, VA – As of March 1, 2018, Longeviti has been recognized by the Commonwealth of Virginia as a certified Virginia Values Veterans (V3) program participant.

Virginia has long been leading the nation in working to improve the lives of veterans through gainful employment.  As noted on their website, in 2012 it became the first state to “create an official program dedicated to improving the employment of Veterans by training employers on national best practices to recruit, hire, train, and retain Veterans.”  Longeviti has joined that effort and been formally recognized as a valued participant actively pursuing those shared goals.

Continuing from the V3 website;

  • While Virginia ranks 12th among states in total population, it ranks 7th in total Veteran population and 4th in Veteran working-age population.
  • The V3 Program provides education, training, and connectivity resources to assist companies in the implementation of nationally recognized best practices in recruiting, hiring, and retaining a highly-skilled, well-educated, and easily trained leadership talent pool.
  • Virginia’s Veteran population can provide employers with valuable human resources that add tremendous experience, leadership, and integrity to an organization.

In response to this recognition, President/CEO Brandon Long commented:

“Once I learned about the V3 Program and how it benefits veterans, I was eager to participate.  What company wouldn’t?  Our veterans risk life and limb to protect this nation and I’m honored to be able to demonstrate my appreciation for their sacrifice by committing Longeviti formally to the cause of bettering their lives.”

Longeviti, LLC, is a well-regarded, 8(a), minority-owned and ISO certified services and solutions firm located in the District of Columbia metropolitan area (Sterling, VA) with ongoing support operations with the U.S. Army, Department of Homeland Security, Patent & Trademark Office, and association with several other federal and state government agencies.  It is also a certified vendor within Virginia’s Small, Women-owned, and Minority Owned (SWaM) program.
